Any Sparkies On Here?

Oven in our rented flat has broken down. The tenant says it's something electrical that has gone as the light has gone (may just be the bulb) but also the fan has gone as well. Going out at lunch to have a gander but I'm no expert in this field (in fact not in any field to be honest).

Any ideas?

 

Buy a new oven.
