Skipping.
I'm the least well co-ordinated soul I know.
Probablies end up hanging myself
But from a practical point of view, the replaced knee is far more restricting than the hips.
There's a lot less bend and I suspect that the impacts might be a little painful.
Even as a bairn I couldn't skip and there's no reason to imagine that I've improved since over the last 70 years.
My point in joining this thread is to advise anyone who fancies trying running, to do it.
It's not all 13 mile slogs, there are shorter runs, and they can be fun.
Specially when you get to the end and meet up with fellow idiots in the Pub.
Ive tried the GNR for a fast time.
I've started last, to see how many I could pass.
Walked it twice.
Got an entry in the pub on the night before the race once , so did it without any training. (I'd had an Achiles problem). Took me four days to walk in a line after that.

And once taken a blind girl round with me being the guide.
I've done it in rain, cold and heat.
I've enjoyed them all and just wish I could do another one.
