he is a big miss at the moment if he is going to be out for a while can we recall Surman seems crazy to have a midfielder out on loan when we are so stretched with injuries?
Whilst I'd read he's still a doubt for Saturday! I think he failed a late fitness test for the Fulham game, but he can't be far off if it was deemed worth checking (or we were that desperate, which is equally likely!). If he's not back versus Utd I'd be very surprised if he misses the Palace game, which is arguably more important anyway.
