What are disguised threats?

The opening post in the latest locked thread. What is it within that post that is designed to upset, cause offence or upset the continuity of your forum? It is a benign enquiry.

Cliftonville, People on this site are moaning about you and the others.... Quite a lot, Members on the Bristol Rovers board are doing the same. You don't see it as you as part of the problem, to you, you see you are doing no wrong but to put this bluntly, you are seriously pissing loads of the Bristol City members off. Continue to do so and rightly so you will be banned.

Take this message as you will, no doubt you will ignore it and continue to disrupt this forum.

 

Look I am probably one of the members Wiz referred to when he said most members were fed up with this. i have taken issue with you in the past on another topic ( which was actually about football !! ) and you replied politely and with a considered point of you. I like the mods, I only joined the forum in the summer and they along with most other members have made me feel welcome and part of the site. PLEASE stop sniping about this. You have your opinions, have made your point. Lots of people disagree and we will never get an agreement here. So please drop it,continue to participate in this football forum. If you cannot drop it please clear off.

There have as far as I can see been NO disguised threats made. In the main reasonable and civil points were raised.

Threats mods? Where? I will apologize if they are identified.

Red Alerts post was considered. There was no attempt made to address it. Snipes were directed towards those raising that point.

I choose not to read many of the threads on here by choice. Others can do likewise by simply reading the title. It was unnecessary to lock that thread. I did say maybe something had been taken out of context.

As a football coach I was interested in what the answer would be. I would hope that forums would embrace anything that attempts to further a community feel around BCFC. As pointed out before elsewhere, the c in FC should mean a big C = Community. A ethos I certainly aspire to.
