    Really don't want vouchers tbh. Hard cash was parted with and I would appreciate some of it being returned!! Vouchers would be a rip-off!

    Noone will ever get any cash back, who and how should that be organized - a voucher is just fine with me.

    So, having spent a little over £1,500.00, I'm supposed to put a possible refund of at least a hundred quid on tat from the club shop that I don't want?!! We've already bought our prem shirts and I've got a scarf, mug, glass etc. I'll be really pissed off if that's what happens! That's not a refund....the money all goes back to the club!! <grr>

    It would be organised the same it was last year (OR year before) when we got our refund on season tickets (10% ?)
    They send you a voucher with you can exchange for CASH at the box office orr use in the club shop.
    SIMPLE !!
