No they are probably just running cost for the Academies and school of development, plus kids football probable in the community, it's all small money anyway..........<ok>

Cwmdu Park is the industrial estate where the swans shop is so that amount is probably rent.
Jaxx Bay is Morgans estate management company similar reason for costs
Leigh Dineens company probably supplies all vending machines to all swans related buildings including the stadium.
Huw Cooze probably gets printing work done.

Either way nothing wrong with board members having other businesses that provide services to the clubs. As stated they probably do them a little cheaper so its a win win. All above board and transparent.

Thanks for the clarity, thought it would be such, I couldn't read Musty's post very well, the print was so small so guessed what it would more likely be........<ok>

It's property development and construction Co, maybe involved in the Landore and Fairwood sites? still small money probably also doing work for the local authority also, it's run officially by Martin Morgan and Louisa Caroline Morgan, it has approx net value of - £541.2K, it has assets of £2.1Million. It was probably a company purchased in 2000.

Martin Morgan has a network of Companies, bit of a web if you ask me..............<ok>
