Ford Heath; the middle of nowhere
I've ordered my tickets for the Vale game via the online ticket system today, and it's the first time I've done so for an away game as I always go with some mates, and one of them gets me the tickets.

The thing is, how do I pick up the tickets? They will hopefully be delivered, as they were for the Torquay play off semi second leg in May, which was the last time I ordered match tickets more than just a couple of days in advance.

I also saw somewhere about tickets for the Burton game being picked up at their Clubshop on the day, as they are for our home games. Is that just for Burton? My mate always has them before we leave, but I'm pretty sure he gets his from the ticket office.

Anyone able to shed any light on this?

Thanks in advance <diva>

A cut-off date will be published for online ticket sales. There will also be a cut-off date for ticket dispatch (normally by first class post), after which tickets bought online will be held at the STFC ticket office for collection. Refunds will not be given for tickets that are not

I have never bought online but found this above info about posting out your ticket

I order all my away tickets online and they usually come in two days. I have not had any problems with this yet. Much better than standing in a queue .
