Nothing in the last ten years.

Life of Brian, Planes, Trains & Automobiles. If you want something funny but odd try King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters.

    Trev/Dev/Perv/Whoever the **** you are.

There are no new decent comedies. The only "comedies" that get produced now are ****ing rom-coms and teenage frat boys ****e which are all just remakes of Porkies.

Hot Fuzz is brilliant! Also, but a bit more subtle, The Men Who Stare At Goats is a film I'd highly reccomend

You sound a bit surprised that you liked it, so you have to watch all the other classic HBO. The Wire (recognised by IMDB as the best tv show ever made), Sopranos, Rome, Deadwood, Carnivale and also get a bit of Showtime's Dexter - ****ing class.

I'm not a big TV watcher Mick, so I was a bit surprised TBH.

If I had the time, I would watch all of those shows, in particular, I've always wanted to get into the Sopranos.

I work offshore so watch practically no TV for weeks but when I'm home with the missus it's good to chuck the kids to bed, have a wee drink and put on some decent long term television. I just download absolutely everything I watch. You can buy media player hard drives for less than 100 quid.

If I'd not seen the Mrs for a few weeks I'd lock the kids in a cupboard and bang the living daylights out of her<ok>
