When do the players report back from their holidays, when do they go off for preseason tour (Switzerland I'm guessing) and when do preseason matches begin here?

In the past couple of seasons the trip to Switzerland has been the start of pre season. Then back home for a few games. The timing of the Olympic torch and the later start of the season could mean this being moved around and the Liebherr trophy might be our 1st pre season match.
