Just been thinking....It all started to go wrong after that glorious win against Chelsea October 2011.
Anton was not that bad before that match, and played well against Chelsea....but following the Terry incident, his mind was not on football. The saga just run and run. Anton (and other people, Colin included, were not always thinking of footy)...Right through last season and it was still there into the summer. I reckon Antons performances have been on a downward spiral from that moment

Now it is over Anton is not the player he was and with us he will never be again.
We should have off loaded him last summer.

One for DT...it is a perfect example of the "butterfly effect".... a small change apparently unassociated event can result in large differences to a later state

He was always 2nd rate. If we dont prepare now for the championship we will be waiting longer than the 16 years it took us to return previously. We need to start offloading now in order to get the wage bill down and concentrate on signing 2 good centre backs and a holding midfielder on loan. Such a shame things have not worked out for us, personally i blame Fernandes for giving Hughes too much of a free reign. He would have been better off consentrating on his many other business ventures and letting Amit take control of the R's.

Can't undo what's done. This will be the defining week of the decade for our club, if we get this window wrong we'll be in the brown stuff up to our necks...
