Thought he looked solid today, won everything in the air against Carroll and was willing to get forward at times.

Think he could be a very good full back if he played ther on a regular basis

 

Thought he looked as good as anyone else. You could be right about right back being his best position, he's had a few good performances there this season.

 

He was the best of a distinctly poor bunch today.

We were truly awful after the penalty.

 

I thought Anton was absoloutely brilliant the first half however he seemed to get injured and was struggling for the second half.

maybe we don't need Nedum (unless we can get him for a good price) Anton has come in for some stick in the past but is Nedum actually a better right back than him and if so it aint by much

maybe move Anton to right back full time and bring in a top class centre back and a proper left back instead of signing Nedum and Mensah

 

We have got a top class rb called Phil Bardsley, what we need is to either sign some forwards so Ricco can play Lb or sign a Lb. Anton was good and he has been excellent all season because he has come in and covered cb rb and lb and always given 100% he has alongside bardo been one of the unsung heros thus far.

 

I don't think Bardo is an unsung hero, everyone knows just how good he is. I've said it before, we've been looking for a decent LB since Ringo left (although he wasn't much good there either). Priority in the summer, along with a striker.
