Let's rip the kids and parents off over shirt pricing, after winning the FA Cup and Premier League Title. Discuss...
There's always a skeleton in the closet, you get a lot of fans thinking their club is the exception and run wonderfully.
I know mate, poor kids going hungry and the club trying to rip the parents off, oh well look on the bright side I suppose...
I heard that they were so impressed with the local contractors when they built the stadium, they paid there mortgages… Sorry mis-heard, they actually “knocked” there local contractors so they couldn’t pay there mortgages
If remember correctly they were responsible or at least partly responsible for the application of large points deductions for going into administration Luton ended up in the Conference League after massive points deductions and although I am ****ing gutted they are in the Premier League now I was almost as gutted when they were forced out of the EFL by a 30 points deduction
A rise from the ashes you might say (no cricket connection intended). Just shows that if a club is run right and has the right staff (management team) then anything is possible regardless of finance or stature.
Looking forward to Amad getting some game time with us this reason, the lad has it and needs some trust.
Had already commented on a different thread days ago tbf ... JD Sports did the same with Rangers before us ... Suspect they'll be others ... also suspect they don't sell that many Leicester City shirts
What did JD actually do? My understanding is that they were undercutting Leicester City official store by offering free delivery and Leicester asked them to stop. I guess they are partially responsible by agreeing to stop but got off a fine by testifying against Leicester City. Presume King Power aren’t familiar with anti-monopoly laws, having been granted automatic rights to operate Thailand Duty Free for the last 50 years. I guess their donations to successive governments and now the pro-military Junta helps.
No idea mate ... just read that we had accepted a fine and that JD Sports had done something similar with Rangers previously ...
Here you go ... https://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/...n=continue_reading_button#amp-readmore-target Read down far enough and you'll see that King Power and VA Holdings were completely exonerated from any knowledge of, or collusion in, the scenario ... Thank you for your contribution
