I see Gerrard is going on loan to Ipswich (Daily Mail) with a view to a permanent move at the end of the season. Just because he missed a penalty at weekend???

 

I think I saw somebody mention on here that he had fallen out with their manager.

AG tweeted yesterday that the manager Mackay had not spoken to him since the Final. AG will be gone from there in the summer and IMO...back up north, but to where is the question.

am glad that AG missed that penalty. one does wonder if he did it on purpose as his entire family are Liverpool fans. even AG wife wanted Liverpool to win.

thought cardiff looked poor yesterday and with 2 tough away games this week @ Brighton weds and Bristol City saturday they could well sink out of the play off picture by next tuesday.

 

He's a liverpool fan himself and from my personal perspective if I was in a cup final against city I'd hate to score. It's an interesting point and I have no idea whether it was deliberate or not. In the lead up to the game Bellamy said he wasn't looking forward to it but would that have stopped him scoring in a one v one, probably not.

 

it does make you wonder why Mackay let AG take a penalty as surely they could find someone else ? it maybe that AG has played his last game for them now. ?

 

Can't see him going to Ipswich, I would have thought Lesta would have taken him.

oh come on it was not that good. anyone can bury there head in there hands and kiss the grass. Mackay has no class and should have been the first to go over to Gerrard after his miss. But why was AG allowed to take one ?
History now but i dont expect to see AG wear a Cardiff shirt again unless they became more than desperate. imo.

 

yes it is but you need to know which are fake and which are genuine. AG's is one thats genuine.

Yep his contract is up in the summer and he would make a good FREE signing to bolster the back line. imo,.

If he's pissed off at not getting played at Cardiff, why would he be happy to be third choice for a team further down the table?
