    This is all over the place now with the latest being he is in advanced talks, most of me says it's rubbish but with the invest in Africa deal and with it being all over twitter and the rest of the net could it happen?

    I have been saying for days, never in a million years, but with the rumours of IIA contributing towards the deal, and the fact that the club SURELY will want a player from an African 'big 5' nation, could it??

    I see what your getting at, but he is notably quicker than Gyan, and is more of a 'pure' striker.

    Gyan, **** that he was, was a very good outside of the box player, underrated in that department.

    Doumbia will be on the end of everything, and sniffing about for loose balls.

    Don't shoot the messenger lads but I've heard from a reliable source that I can't name, that you paid for him to come over but we intercepted him at Newcastle airport and he's at SJP discussing personal terms now.
