On the back of issues with the selling of tickets for the Malmo match (as reported here http://mobile.swanseacity.net/news/article/ticket-statement-ld-954686.aspx?pd=635107770000000000 ) it now appears that a load of junior season tickets have been sent out placing juniors in the wrong rows. The Club is now in the process of re-distributing tickets. SORT IT OUT!
I bought my tickets online yestersday, was told online I had to go pick them up if not ordered by X amount of time. To my surprise there they were this morning in the post. Great job, thanks ticket office
Ticket office is a joke but not sure how it can be improved. I believe its Stadco (or what ever name the operate under now) not specifically the Swans on this one. Bloody frustrating for supporters though, some are sweating on getting their tickets in time for Malmo ! Sort it out indeed! Also, tickets for malmo away arnt out until AFTER the game on Thursday, why ? cuts things a bit fine for quite a few people who book their own trips to Sweden )
Club statement . . sales pass 14,500 mark for Euro tie Statement from Swansea City Vice-Chairman Leigh Dineen: Swansea City are delighted to announce tickets sales for this Thursdayâs Europa League third qualifying round first leg tie are going well with over 14,500 tickets sold. The club has received feedback from some supporters stating they experienced difficulty with their on-line transactions. We wish to make the experience of our supporters the best it can be and, as a result, we fully investigated the ticketing system. If you have experienced any difficulty with your membership details please inform the Ticket Office on 0844 815 6665 so they can ensure your account is fully operational to prevent any future confusion. All reported queries on accounts were looked into and supporters were advised of how best to use them for future reference. On Saturday morning, internet sales were halted for a period of 30 minutes while the internet settings underwent unforeseen maintenance. This was resolved within 30 minutes and the internet function resumed thereafter. Additional phone lines have been set up on the back of the demand for this fixture and as such the phone queues are averagely under 10 people waiting. However, we would urge supporters to use the internet â if possible - for immediate transactions of the purchase. The telephones are typically very busy between the hours of 10am to 12pm and supporters are asked to bear this in mind if choosing to purchase their tickets over the phone. The club has launched a new âview per blockâ function and we would ask fans to use this to see the fantastic view every section of the Liberty Stadium offers. Additionally, there is a seat selector function which allows you to select the block and seat you wish to sit in. So if you prefer to be middle of a row or an aisle seat, you now have the power to choose (subject to availability). If you have not purchased your tickets yet, please click on the link HERE for a quick and easy purchase. I thank you for your continued support and look forward to our first home Europa League fixture this coming Thursday. Thats the problem with it being on the tele I suppose although there's still two days to go . The view per block is a good feature though, I least I know I won't be on my own
