Another team adopt our formation?

    Derby, feared us tonight and matched our 3-5-2 formation. That was according to some Derby fans on the way back to the car. They don't normally play that formation, and they're not the first team to try and match us and fail.

    That blonde kid pulled the strings for them in midfield. Good little player.

    I'm happy if we grind out results. A wins a win afterall.

    Could have been - based on 5 across midfield then, which Derby don't normally play. Our formation with Koren as a striker is almost more of a 3-5-1-1. Either way they put more in midfield in an attempt to stifle us. They did finish with 2 up front!

    Read a review on SSN saying they normally play 442 but have played 451 on at least 1 occasion.

    Yeah, they normally play 442 at home, but obviously wanted to match our midfield.

    To be fair, they seem quite a similar team to us. Can pass the ball well around the midfield, but perhaps lack something in the goals department.

    They looked like they played a 4-5-1.

    I like the 3-5-2. Very Italian. Probably why Udinese B are the only other team who use it.

    I thought they normally played 4-4-2 but changed to 3-5-2 just for the match against us, or was that UddersField.
