    He's says that he's retired.

He has not retired, he'll be working for the BBC like Claridge.<doh>

I wonder if he had to bend over for the same bloke that Claridge did to get the job? (or was it the other way round?)

The guy's a complete muppet. He does okay in one drawn game last season, and he thinks that gives him license to patronise and gloat. Two questions; Did the team he played for last season actually manage to beat us? Answer; no. Which team, Derby or QPR are in the Premier League next season? Answer, QPR.
    End of.

I thought Savage kicked Taarabt off the park....maybe that's how Savage liked to play.

Knock him we may, but let us face it he could have been a good player for us then and now? He was a bit of fun, and we all need a laugh sometimes and gave it to all sort of fans of any club!

Marmite man Savage was and is a character. Has always traded on being a ****er!

We could certainly do with a few more characters in the game these days imo.

He never played for a great side did he. Lets look at some of the teams he played for Derby County, Birmingham City, Blackburn Rovers, Leicester City, Crewe Alex and lets not forget he played International football for for Wales (when did they last qualify for major tournament?). No big teams such as Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal or Chelski. The BBC is wellcome to him.
