Yes, as the police warned after the Old Firm game they would be looking for exactly this thing. The fact that he then posted it knowing this just highlights what a thick dobber the bloke it. I don't think he should be jailed for it but I suspect if he got fined he wouldn't pay it and end up in jail anyway.
