    Unbelievable!

“@Observer_Owl So #WatfordFC lose another member of staff to Cardiff City http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/9336045.Watford_lose_another_to_Cardiff/”

By all accounts, a major loss. Hmmmph!

The implication of that article is that Bangura is the second best player he brought to the club in 8 years.

I took this paragraph from the Watford Observer and added the numbers.

Mark Stow (8) is the latest former Hornet to join Malky Mackay (1) at Cardiff, with first-team coach David Kerslake (2), youth-team coach Joe McBride (3), head of medical Richard Collinge (4), football operations manager Iain Moody (5) and opposition analyst Martin Hodge (6) moving to south Wales earlier this year.

And there is Don Cowie (7) also.

Do not forget Brendon Rogers, Danny Graham and John Stephenson who have gone to Swansea as well.

How many more people are there left who will want to go to Cardiff City.

The John Stephenson saga continues I am informed. Having trundled off to Brighton for a very short spell, then because he cannot settle there he takes himself off to Swansea. Now I hear he has left them before getting his own club coffee mug.

Will he be moving along the South Wales coast I wonder.

There's also Craig Conway who we were on the point of signing before MM left, he's now at Cardiff.

Ak, I don't really count BR and JS as they didn't go directly from us to Swansea.

    And Andrew Taylor!

And apparently the reason the Stephenson has gone from Swansea is because he wasn't needed...the Chairman is hands on, and didn't see the point of Stephenson's role.

Which makes the chairman out to be a right plonker! Why did he appoint him in the first place? Or did Malky say "Let's get another one!"
