Wouldn't want to think we had anything to do with it...... https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/54219290
I like Hughton as a person and he did well for a while. I just think that he ended up being predictable and lacking in flair. When there was talk of him coming to CCS I wasn't overly pleased. But, as I say, I nice guy and I hope he does ok.
I think I mentioned the getting sacked in the morning song when discussing Forest's bad start, again, last Saturday. I was only 2 days out. As for Hughton he has a good track record in the Championship and I expect Forest to start climbing (some trees) in the next few weeks.
As inevitable as it was he’d be binned, they would have beaten the wurzels but for a supreme display by their carrot munching goalie.
Alas it's the way things are, even worse with this virus. With no money coming in results are more important, those at the top end will get more games on Sky and more TV money. There will be many managers/coaches only 1 bad result away from the sack.
