And now technical director Franco Baldini believes the club should make an offer for Shaw, 18, who has been outstanding in his clubâs fine start to the season. The academy graduate put pen to paper on a new five-year deal at St Mary's during the summer. Indeed, he has previously said: "I am happy at Southampton because I'm playing football, which is exactly what I want to be doing."
