    Souness to replace him apparently... A man I would have liked us to go for after GJ, he was my choice. I think he has a good balance of all the qualities needed in a manager. Be an interesting one to see what he can achieve.

    Personally, if Mowbray couldn't do much, I doubt anyone can, Middlesborough is a hole and they were punching well above their weight for over a decade.

    I like Tony Mowbray - a decent fella and his teams try to play good football

    He will get another job fairly quickly

    Oh yeah I agree, he is a solid Championship manager. I could see him at a club like Preston, Swindon, Crawley and getting them to knock on the automatic promotion door if he dropped down a league as well.
