Think it was £25 an hour. What annoys me is that the government have given extra funding for"catch up" sessions yet kids are taken out of their lesson to be taught the same person as they would be taught at that point. Or like last year I had some of mine telling me that they had used the same work as I was using a week earlier. Pathetic use of time and resources.
That’s crazy isn’t it. We paid the hourly rate so most of our teachers where £32.50 plus and I also argued a daily allowance for them of £40. We as a school still made a profit from it which is being used for critical stuff. We had a massive response from the teachers and it all went well. That’s after catering costs aswell. For organising it all I got a box of Pringles.
