If that's aimed at me you're way off the mark North! NW had a terrible game. How in God's name could he bring on Buzz to play up front when there were plenty of other and better options on the bench? Buzz lost the ball poorly which led to their goal. Then NW says that was one of our best performances, which simply defies belief!! I like Neil and want him as our coach, but that doesn't mean he can't be criticised and people are allowed to disagree with you!!
Should've won for sure, Warnock was absolutely furious, he went down the tunnel with steam coming out his ears!
Can someone throw some light on this:- At the end NW stormed over to Ali and was having a right go at him, what was that all about?
Can you concede this much North: That when Nelly's frustrated he unloads both barrels on the Officials? (Though to be fair, every manager seems to do so these days)
Well the bird on the radio said that he was bollocking him for losing the ball carelessly which led to the WBA goal....but that was clearly Buzz, so I have no idea. IMO Faurlin was left very exposed by a poor Barton performance and SWP not being great defensively. (I expect Joey will escape any criticism though and he'll probably make sure Neil blames someone else!).
NW must know thats not Ali,s strong point so why bollock him.He should bollock the whole team 4 not finishing of WBA when we had the chances.
Glad NW was fuming. A good-old fashioned bollicking never hurt anyone. Can't stand these teams with wet-managers who are **** scared of upsetting their superstars. Reckon Fernandes might have to break open the chequebook to repair some of the changing room ;-)
Buz was at fault for giving away possession, but I wouldn't be surprised if Neil was having a go at Faurlin for not stopping the play and taking a booking for the team.
Yep, I'm sure that was the case and I agree that Ali should have taken a booking there! It wasn't for the first time that Faurlin was left exposed by Barton and the rest of the midfield though!
