another jap earthquake .....

    A strong earthquake measuring 7.4 on the Richter scale has struck northeast and eastern Japan.

    A tsunami warning has been issued for the northeastern coast of Japan, which is an area that was badly hit by the 11 March earthquake.

    Japan's NHK public television repeatedly said those in areas where the tsunami warnings were issued should move to higher ground.

    Tokyo Electric has confirmed it is checking the situation at the Fukushima nuclear plant.

    Absolutely unreal what's happening in Japan at the moment, one disaster after another, I'd be frightened to close my eyes at night

    Right, so you wouldn't have wanted to try the new ice cream on sale in Covent Garden, London - made from breast milk? To be fair, the thought absolutely turns my stomach. I wonder how many people would actually try such a thing?

    And there was me thinking all the jokes about that had been exhausted.
