https://www.sunderlandecho.com/spor...ezxDzHPRNj0_iPsb0a_aem_R_6kpif93_uW_xVPR3TNnw I really do feel for the lad, his injuries are hampering his career massively. We cant rely on another season having him as first choice LB
Good time to get it sorted though. Get some recovery in the next few weeks and then ready to go for preseason. Same with Huggins and alese
One of the things the club must massively invest in is treatment & the science behind, were obviously building everything back from ground zero, however have a number of outstanding kids with major injury issues.... oddly its not always a repeat of the same injury which makes me question were some way behind on this area Going back to BSA days, he managed players, maybe not him, maybe staff & facilities, with some major problems but were fit for prolonged periods. Whatever they had/did, we need it back & enhanced to the best level it can be Imagine solving the issues Cirkin, Alese, Huggins, Seelt have, might not all make it....but makes them a valuable player to sell on....which pays for our investment in multiple areas.....im relaxed we have switched on owners who wont need me to point this out however Did you get last weekend mate? If so how your boys enjoy?
Didn't be messaging him on Instagram telling him he should be concentrating in getting fit instead posing, again
Yeah dont remind me about that. It was just 1 comment towards thousands of others, but some certain person decided to call me out for it on here after recognising my name. I wasnt even being nasty ffs, but its my choice what i post on my private instagram account.
Of course it is mate, and fair play to Cirkin as I think he answered you in a civilised way too! Personally I would have told you to **** off
Is the "injury another way of saying "I am struggling with my form" (as he admitted in a post match interview) and he knows he wouldn't do himself justice? Didn't seem "injured" at the end of the game, so I agree, time for him to rest/recover and get ready for pre season.
The article doesn't really say anything new. He might just have withdrawn as he needs rest. Wouldn't necessarily call it an "injury setback"
Defo injured imo mate. Fit enough to play but probably wants to get fully sorted. He was probably rushed back at the end of the season so he could play in the playoffs. Needs to try and knock them on the head because he’s got the potential but those constant injuries hold him back.
I can't remember it exactly mate. But it quite civil along the lines of his plan was to get fit and have a good season. In terms of this recent injury, it felt like he was playing through something since ring back so might just be needing to fully recover in the break?
I was in a bad bad place a year ago mate. Drinking lots and fueled with anger constantly. I was on the verge of self destruction. Im in a good place now though thank god, and im set to become a Landlord to my property next week whilst moving in with my partner, so my life has completely flipped upside down from where it was a year ago.
Sounds like you have turned a corner Tees, keep it going, if not for yourself but for those2 great kids you obviously adore. Well done
