    With him being from Port Said, might not be too happy to join our Cairo based players? Bit of rough and tumble between them at the minute aint there...

    They play alongside for thier country though? We might have to learn to sing some of our songs in arabic

    I don't think he's played for Egypt for years, he got in bother for disappearing from an international squad to discuss a big pay day at a club in China.

    He has scored loads of goals in the bundesliga and set up Gedo for the winner in African cup of nations final in 2010.

    He last played in June last year, played 3 games then buggered off. His international career is over so long as Bob Bradley is in charge by the looks of things.

    Although, he's played with them since the port said disaster, so my point may well be bollocks.

    Zidan is a top striker but he is battling some injuries lately this why Beni yas signed Mohamed Abo Trika from Al Ahly(one of the most known players in africa) for 6 months but i think they won't seel Zidan only loan him for the next 3 months

    I thought you could sign free agents outside the window because they're not technically assosiated with a club?

    Zidan despite being from port said is a Supporter of Al Ahly
    btw and he was close to join Al Ahly in the summer but no deal was reached
    so i don't think there is a problem of him joining Gedo and Fathi anywhere

    What about Zaki?
    i know he didn't do well in his short time with Hull city but with Fathi-Gedo -Elmo there i think he can add something to the team esp in the championship this year
    he is strong -good in the air and he did play before in england so he won't need time to adjust

    If its the same Zidan, as the player I knew for BVB Dortmund, then we have no chance of Signing him, he is way above us, and iv spent more time watching the Bundesliga in Germany over the last 3 years than Football in the UK

    No he is not the same Zidan, He is 32 years old and has been rubbish since he moved from Mainz to UAE
