The banner is still not fixed, Bill says we are doomed, some don't like the new toys and I go to bed to early. All of that and yet, many did not notice the banner was broken. we are still here alive and kicking, many like the new toys and I am up but others are in bed. Maybe the truth is that the banner is nice but not vital, we are shrinking in active members for many reasons and are not alone there but we are far from doomed, the new toys are there for those who like them but can be ignored, they still need some changes but will live or die by popularity and we all live in different ways so come and go to suit us and our life styles. I get many messages from people telling my why they are off, To much swearing To much moderating To many Newcastle fans To much abuse of visiting Newcastle fans Don't like me Don't like Cest Don't like, well it's a long list. I no longer spend a lot of time worrying about dwindling numbers, they dwindle for many reasons, no not burying head in sand just accept you cant please all the people all the time. Its a big grown up world and it seems so simple to me, if you don't like a toy, ignore it, we are trying hard to make all the toys less intrusive. If you don't like a poster or their style, ignore them. If you think the threads are crap, write some of your own. I personally prefer to concentrate on the users we have rather than the ones we don't. Just my thoughts, not right or wrong just mine.

Exactly, the site is what you make it. I enjoy reading through the blogs and replies every day. Its good to have friendly banter - even sometimes with those up the road. It can't be perfect, nothing ever is. But I prefer it to any site. As far as I can see, you and the other MODS are doing a great job - and TBH people asking to be banned.....err just don't log on. Its not like a gambling addiction where you need to ban your self from a casino. P.S never noticed the banner being changed. We could do with a new one to incorporate MON......just a thought
Mountains out of molehills.......... Fairly simple really, if you like the board stay and help it grow, if you don't....well no-one is holding a gun to your head and forcing you to be here..
I'm in good fettle LTF just bloody cold and I agree with you all,make the site work for you or find another that does. I like the idea of MON in the banner
