Mr Sullivan has put wheels in motion to ensure that once westhamabad move into the Olympic Stadium it looks full. Prior to home games he has arranged for an aircraft to drop a cases of self inflatable mixed ethnic origin dummies (which he brought from Delboy a few years back and has stashed around various lockups) into the home end.
