http://www1.skysports.com/football/...p-admits-he-would-like-to-sign-Nicolas-Anelka Instead of joining a bunch of has beens and prima donnas at QPR or having the ball hoofed to him at every opportunity at West Ham, shouldn't we consider him? A very very good finisher, who can play out wide and centrally. His age is obviously against him, but he still has pace and could do a very neccessary job for us.

Endless pointless discussions that are constantly off topic and posts like the quote above is why I don't go on that thread.
Apologies, but on that subject I've some pain in my big toe. I was relaxing in the bath last night and decided to pick my softened toe nails. Now to say I took off more than I should have is an understatement.......
Possible ingrown toenail or similar injury is not something to joke about, the most painful thing know to man.
So you wouldn't want Drogba on loan? To think we are having so much trouble finding a striker when they are Damiao a dozen.......
not sure age is the problem for me as we would only need them to try and help us push for a top 4 finish this season. IF that happened they would be replaced anyway. We could do a lot worst than Anelka, we could get no fecka at all.
Not for me, he's a sulking French twat and he is too old now. We should have signed him when we had him on loan when Houiller was the manager, thought that was a maistake to let him go then.
Agree we should of signed him when we had the chance shame. Getting him now don't know in 2 minds about him
