After Andy Murray's thumping by Stanislas Wawrinka at the Monte Carlo Masters in the early rounds, Andy admits to struggling with the transition from hard surface to clay (Rafael Nadal's favourite surface) disappointing to lose to the worlds #17 seed and so early in the tournament.

More work for Andy and Ivan then eh? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/tennis/22204827

The match was played at a high tempo, because Berdych has perhaps the weightiest groundstrokes in the men’s game. Murray knew he could not afford to let his opponent get his feet set under him and swing with full force, so he came out playing a canny, varied game with plenty of short slices and net-rushes.
