http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/35072395 Good luck to him always liked Hughes shame we did not get him a few years sooner
One of football's good/funny guys. Always thought it was a shame we didn't retain him as a coach - though chances are he would have walked out by now.
Far too sensible for RD and KM! Let's get his paperboy and high school spanish teacher. He trusts them.
I sat behind Andy Hughes' family at Barnsley on the famous day we beat them 6-0. All very nice people. Hughesy came over at full time to celebrate with them. A real Sergeant Major on the pitch that day, a proper leader.
By all accounts a terrific character. The last time Curbs signed SCP he said he just wanted to have him around the place, and Hughes was like that as well. We underused him as a player though and missed out on keeping him in a coaching capacity. He'll always have the best wishes of Charlton fans, and I'd love to see him back when we've driven ROLAND OUT.
