    Was listening to call collymore on talk sport this evening and many liverpool fans were calling up basically saying what a useless sack of ****e he is and how he has no business wearing the liverpool shirt...

    Carroll was excellent for us, clearly he doesn't give a **** now he's playing for Liverpool and filthy rich.

    Carroll. Best seems to be allergic to the onside position and ruins every good move with his offside nonsense. When I play on a Sunday if I keep on messing up a move (and yes our ref does follow the offside rule) I simply stop getting passed to until I sort myself out. And I think they need to do this to Best. Make him want to stay onside.

    However, I prefer the football we play now that Carroll isn't in the side. And his goal record isn't shabby whatsoever..it's hard to say

    Pardew's managed to drill excellent defending into our back four (including Raylor, whos not even a defender). It wouldnt be that hard to drill 'no long ball' into a team, so that's a moot point IMO.

    Its Carroll for me, and considering what Carroll did knocking balls down for Shola and Nolan I think he'd knock up a fair partnership with Demba Ba. Shearer & Ferdinand mkII?

    Love to have both in the squad but £35Mil did loads for the club (even if your opinion is that a lot of that went to pay back debts to Mike Ashley). Would have him back in the squad like a shot tho for £12-£15 Mil ha ha. With his skill he could fit into this team no problem.
    Bestie needs to work harder at staying onside i agree but happy with his progress although needs a few more goals.

    Enrique or Raylor?

    in all honesty, we all botted enrique, but him leaving has helped highlight how ****ing awesome jonas is and what an immense job he does for the team

    and we've finally started seeing the main reason we signed raylor in the first place, that right peg :)

    Best, including in the long run. Let's not forget that Best is young too and his style of play gives him plenty of years to improve even more.
