Not much of a vote of confidence from Rodgers if he's willing to ship their prize striker out on loan! Can't believe how much they paid for a player who is obviously not in first team plans. Views
In fairness it wasn't Rodgers who brought Carroll in. He looked pretty good at the end of last season anyway.
I think he deserves a chance under Rodgers, as he did play well at the end of last season and at Euro 2012
Should go to Stoke; lump enough crosses into the box and you'd have to think that one or two per game would hit Carroll and Crouch in the forehead.
Reading the interview money is clearly an issue. Bringing in Borini and letting Carroll go out on loan. Not much money for any additional transfers.
I think he's a decent player. Did a good job for England. Liverpool doesn't suit him. Needs to go to Stoke or West Ham if he goes anywhere I reckon
Was never worth that massive price, but not his fault that Liverpool had money to burn and were desperate to get someone in and paid it. Any hope of going out on loan must depend on his wages which must be high. He is good as a target man but still have my doubts about him.
The last sentence was interesting. Where did Brendon get that idea from I wonder? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18778825
That means he has to go to the shop to buy one. Pointless expenditure. Better to sit down calmly for 5 minutes and remember where he put the bloody thing. EDIT: Mind you, lamballana may have a point - http://www.aldi.co.uk/uk/html/offers/special_buys3_25515.htm
Ah the where was I when I last saw it plan. Never works for me. If I knew where I was when I last saw it I would go and flaming get it.
Over the years I've taken a lesson from my older siblings, who rush around like headless chickens, shouting I've lost it..! I've noted how bloody stupid they look and sound, and remember that the lost item is only actually mislaid. When they calm down enough they find the item. I've learned to short cut all the frenzied bit in the middle. Unless I actually have lost it.
