    Andy Carroll contacted ToonTalk editor Steve Wraith today via text to say, "I'm gutted to be leaving my home town club, i was told to go. I didn't want to leave that's why I signed a 5 year deal. I was pushed out of the door." don't know if there's any truth in that like.

    I saw NUFCfans tweeting that earlier. Hope it's not true and AC is made to shoulder the blame.

    Could still have just rejected the contract and played hardball if he really cared. You can tell we've been scammed with these ridiculous bids for Zog.

    5 year deal and no 9 shirt? He had them both at NUFC, now he has nothing more but a few extra quid in the bank.

    Not being funny if the club wants the money, he don't get much say, it was odd goings on with the 35 million figure today. He's not going to say no to the number 9 shirt if offered it is he. This club is still a joke, and always will be while this owner is charge of us. What insult bidding for N'Zogbia.
