I , like many, love the look of Suso, Sterling, Teixeira, even Shelvey for many out there and how it is good to see them all come into the first team in different spurts this season.

I think, maybe due to body type, position, etc that Wisdom will be the best of the lot. He already looks so comfortable back there and think he can do big things at LFC either at RB or CB.

Anyone else agree? Or will he turn into another dud after a promising start?

Thought for not playing for a few months, he was good today and a nice ball for Sturridge for the first goal. <ok>

Good solid player but he needs to be playing CB, as does Kelly. They aren't suited to playing right back and can't offer a lot going forward.

    One for the future <ok>

Really impressed with him first half yesterday. Shame he had to come off to allow the formation change.

Is suited to RB and has something that other kids don't have and thats the ability to see things and have that pass... this is why sama will never make it for instance.

IMO Ryan McLaughlin is better suited to RB - he can dribble, cross, has good pace. Wisdom (like Kelly) is quick in a sprint but can't dribble.

I do agree that Wisdom is composed on the ball and can pass well.

I agree about mclaughlin as a huge talent to come but thats not to say that wisdom is not as good potentially as micah richards. power, pace etc... tall too.

I'd prefer someone who can dribble with the ball with pace, rather than someone who is just quick without it. Full backs are a huge part of the current system and it requires natural attacking outlets - McLaughlin has more output i.e. crosses, skill, ability to beat a man than Wisdom. It's not a criticism of Wisdom and Kelly as it's not their natural position - their game is based on solidity and composure which is perfect for CB.

Wisdom and Kelly could be a good pairing.

But if we sign a young CB like Alderwereild that wll threaten that. Though long term squad depth is important.

With Kelly being injured for so long it is hard to see what Rodgers has planned for him. But he started the season well and was in ahead of Enrique.
