Rubbish! One of our players had to go in his book didn`t they, Didn`t matter who or what for but somebody had to get a card. Just after the ref successfully broke up play we conceded. Don`t say we didn`t cos we did.

And another thing, that bugger should have been booked for jumping into the back of M`Vila. Shocking that was but oh no, let him off didn`t he?

Turned down a penalty anarl. Blatant hand ball it was. Blatant.

Bastard ref. Twat cost us the game.

You know, this beeling thing has a lot going for it. <devil>

Buggeroff. You thought he had a good game. Don`t come crawling round me.

And another thing, giving Defoe an ear bashing as they were walking off at half time. Put the lad right off his game. Needs to be reported for that like.

No mate, not finished beeling yet.

I got no idea what you're on about about the Defoe thing pops. Scored a goal just before half-time, I'm guessing he didn't hear jackshit as he was walking off.

I don't see what or where referee had to do with any of that.

Sorry, does it have to be relevant?

I don`t seem to have quite got the hang of this beeling thing.

I'm just as pissed off as you are mate. I'm just trying to look for positives coz I've had a few, and my head's too full of guinness to make to make an objective statement.

But there's no way I'm going to blame the ref for todays result. That would just make me look stupid.

Good grief. Did you two really think my posts were serious?

The little chap (<devil>) should have been a dead giveaway. And the reference to beeling? Come on fellas.

You Blunham at least should know me better than that by now. <doh>

I said on the match thread, it's the best officiating of a premier league game I've seen this season. Both marriner and his assistants.

Can't disagree. I was terrified when I saw he was ref. Pity my fear was of the wrong thing!!

Yep, his willingness to let the game run probably l contributed to Everton running riot when we could have done with the game slowing a bit. But it's how the game should be officiated in any game. It's our responsibility to slow the game to favour ourselves and we shouldn't be relying on refs who like the sound of his their own whistle. Tough luck but no hang ups. On to Soton next week with hopefully a at least Kaboul back for our defence.
