It will never change. Pathetic argument put forward and totally disgusting. I wonder what he would feel like if a bloke with a 12" c*ck happened to do the same to him to his arse. He may just accept it as an accident.
Poor lass. Believe her 100%. If there is hell I hope all the jurors spend an eternity being violently raped by the scum they've let off.
Jesus wept. Is it possible to find out who the jury were, and who is the ****ing judge? They should all get butt-****ed on their sofa, and see how they like it. Poor lass. Never fall asleep on a sheiky sofa.
****ing pathetic, I hope somebody with a chainsaw accidentally falls on his face. Dirty ****ing ****, even with all that money they still have to rape, ****ing rat faced bastards.
how can `12 members of a jury actually believe that ,maybe it was the same as the brown envelopes that some how fell into there pockets
I haven't seen the full story yet but there's always more to a story than just the headlines. Especially so, if it's the Daily Fail.
Shocking decision on the little information we have read. But i think there maybe more to this story than we know.
The fact that it was an ITV article rather than a tabloid was the reason that I put this on...It does seem a very strange decision though..
I agree mate, the defence seems weak but somehow it worked. Obviously we cant say he was guilty. As the law.proved otherwise. Although we all have our suspicions. Still an 18 and 24 year old going to the home of a 46 year old wealthy man. I think you can guess what im hinting at
I assumed this was in some far off country somewhere, where it would still be disgusting, but to read it is in England, its beyond belief.
Did it at the Old Bailey once. You get the letter and you turn up at the Court. You then get shunted into a big room with loads of other people until your name gets called, assuming it ever does. At he OB there are loads of potential jurors there so chances are so-so. I got picked for an assault trial where the defendants were clearly as guilty as sin. They changed their plea to guilty on day 2 and muggins got the boot! Deeply, deeply tedious experience for me. About 1/2 a day in Court and 2 days of hanging around.
I read the headline saying "Saudi" and thought this was going to be in a court in Saudi Arabia - but it was in ****ing SOUTHWARK FFS! Those jurors should be raped by this bloke. The most heinous of crimes and he gets away with it! As you say reg - money talks!
My experience was f*cking w*nk. 48 of us in a room at Durham. Nobody talked they were either on the phones or watching Jeremy Kyle ( think that's the show). I tried to get a conversation going but it was like pulling teeth. There were two courts in session and I think the plan was to pick two lots of sixteen. Twelve for each jury and four reserves in the event of objections, sickness etc. Fortunately after a pie n a pint in the Half Moon hotel for lunch I returned to be told my services were no longer required. My jury service lasted all of five hours. My brother lasted two days before being fined £200 and kicked off for contempt of court in Newcastle. Apparently calling the judge a tw*t is frowned upon.
