Now I have to open another bottle of wine. The sacrifices I make for the Rs!

    We're on the 2nd merlot!!

Pardew was so passionate on the touchline. Pulis won his first game.

    Redknapp is taking us down.

Gavi, a very nice white, for us tonight. Get down the C&S before the Utd game, I may have to get a bit messy again to really enjoy that one.

Just had a couple of glasses of McGuigan Semillon, goes rather well with some spicy meatballs......

Mrs TR and I were trying to go dry during January but the bloody R's drive you to drink.......

Well I think it's safe to say that the majority of us will be having a few this eve.

EDIT: Spare a thought for poor old Mr 9's who most likely could do with a drink but is most likely doing late shift.

We'll try to get down there.

We will lose so badly to Utd that I've already decided to just try and enjoy watching their world class players.

I think I was just pointing out that Palace wins make our mess even worse as they are now climbing up the table and we have dropped further since our final whistle.

Frankly, I don't need much of an excuse Cate. Good luck and well done with the smoking. I stopped 6 or 7 years ago, but still rely on a range of nicotine substitutes.....

I have a huge amount of time for Van Gaal, he's a bit of a bastard and a big head, but he knows his stuff and loves giving the kids a chance.

    Di Maria vs Clint
    Van Persie vs Dunne/Caulker
    Rooney and Mata vs Barton/Henry

    Reckon we'll play 4-4-2?

It really won't matter what formation we play. It will be carnage!

Thanks for the encouragement on the stopping smoking, I am vaping, if that is actually a word! Not sure how healthy it is long term but I have ceased the ***s, first steps and all that.

I don't know much about Van Gaal but your description reminds me of Ferguson maybe that is why long term he will do well at Man U.

As Col says it will probably be carnage, but then we are QPR so I reckon we will turn them over 2-1

    Oh to dream!
