Too many of these ****s abuse the system, spending their whole life in education at the taxpayers expense.

So these ****s will be left with a £30k bill for getting educated, small price to pay IMO. They pay it back at nominal sums and very little interest.

 

Pope, I think it discourages fannies from going to uni for a year to do a pointless course and then drop it, then start over again.

I'm starting next year hopefully doing medicine at Glasgow Uni, if I was to pay the fees it would probably end up being 6K a year for 5 years

Pope - i'm with ML, I've got a mate, who goes from course to course achieving **** all.

People like him, and there must be thousands of them, are abusing the system.

I hope the Tories privatise Education, Health, Royal Mail the lot. With obvious consessions for the poor.

Taxes would fall, people failing their jobs would need to be sacked and efficency would rise.

The Wefare State is a lovely idea, like socialism, but in reality, it doesn't work, through fat lazy ****s abusing their positions.

One political party that does what is necessary to stabilise for the future. Labour pandered to the idiots time and time again, got us into a huge mess and left it to others to fix. What would be the point in making small cuts now? Would it be better if small cuts were made now, so that in the future they would be much harsher? That would be the problem in the first place, living for today and thinking tomorrow will never come
