A big gap for Rooney since 2013. Maybe his age also is another factor?

 

When did LvG arrive ??:

 

Just joking man. I know maybe LVG is the biggest factor since 2014.
I was just thinking of a former player of United I recently watched (just for a charity game though).

 

Is it a case of the players are genuinely in decline anyway, regardless of who might have taken over or is it that LvG's tactics and training methods have caused that decline. Difficult to know exactly, but it's hard to argue against the facts.

 

I think the fact that the most dramatic decline is in the 3 attacking/forward players says a lot about the cause
