It's rubbish of the FA to give her any sort of role, but in truth it's an absolute zero of a job. Doubt there is much to the criteria other than being a CEO of a club. Funnily enough it's been mocked outside of the CAFC fanbase, so they've brought a mockery on themselves. Idiots.
