So with the transfer window open everywhere, I think, things might start happening for Newcastle!

I'm sure I will not be the only one who is going on holiday this summer and whilst on holiday I will not have any access to football news at all. So I was wondering if people think it would be a good idea for me to create a thread that one of the mods can make a 'sticky' thread based on news throughout the summer.

So basically anybody can post on the thread if someone signs, contract news, match reports for the friendlies etc. This will stop people having to trail through a weeks worth of articles to find news and can instead check the thread to see the key things that happened.

    What do you think?

Think there's something in AG's 'Thread Directory' that covers what you're looking for. Check it out and if it isn't there I'm sure we can come up with something.

Good call, I'll be away for 7 weeks and although I think I'll get access to the internet, I have no idea how often this'll be...Something nice and concise makes perfect sense!

    Good idea.

I just hope it gets used as intended though and doesn't just turn into yet another shall we sign Ba or Sturridge and hope we don't get Cole discussion thread.
