Now this may be radical and this is more of a creative idea than a feasible plan of action: 1) Hessenthaler resigns tomorrow (jumped before he is pushed by scally) 2) Bring in a caretaker manager until the end of the season (Daren Hare if needs be) 3) The day after the season finishes the job is given to none other than Mark Stimson with someone like Paul Shaw or Iffy Onoura as number 2 (somebody who the fans like and can deal with the press whilst Mark takes care of the players and tactics) 4) Mark is allowed to clear out the deadwood at the club and bring back his form of football 5) we dont let him sign people like McCammon!!!
