Being we now only have the league to think about I was looking at next weekends games. We play Burnley, Villa play at Leicester, Hull go to West Brom. Palace host Tottenham and Sunderland host Liverpool. Depending on results, there could be a massive shuffling of the pack. This Burnley game is looking so important. It's games like that that seasons have turned on. Scrape a lucky win and it will improve moral no end with getting the away jinx off our back, lose badly and it could finish our moral off and we plummet. I'm gonna be so nervous next week. No nails and plenty to smoke.
U really think the QPR players enjoy Xmas more than the rest off us and take their feet & mind off the game totally ,January is going to be a tough month
Im sorry today will only deflate everyone. I have never bet against Rangers but was 100% sure we would lose but still didnt and wont ever. I have seen a decline in the performances over Christmas and cant see it changing next week.....
Best hope watching the fa cup was that hull, villa and Stoke had to play replays, that didn't happen either
I think a result either way is important. If we win, things are looking up. Lose and Redknapp has to go.
If, contrary to popular and informed opinion, the Rs avoid relegation this season, do you think Redknapp will deserve any of the credit for this, or would survival be in spite of his best endeavours?
His press conferences would make one suspect that relegation is what he himself expects and perversely desires. "Told you it was difficult didn't I? "
Nah ......... we need to show some backbone ( the players ) so l'm going for the whole 3 points. Stranger things have happened.
Looking at the fixtures of all the teams around us, I can see that if we lose at Burnley and then lose at home to Manure we will probably be bottom. If we then lose away at Stoke we will definitely be bottom and certain of relegation. The game at Burnley is our most important game since OBZ day, the pressure is crushing. The question is have we the backbone and bollocks in this squad to come out of January with our heads above water? I, unfortunately, have started to think not.
