Perhaps one of the problems is that instead of blaming white people for everything (which is easy), they take a look at themselves and practice what they preach that BLM does actually matter.
And perhaps the elders, worldwide, from London to Washington and all points of the globe could educate the younger generations, and set good examples about how important education and work is, and to dispel the myth that gang warfare is cool and hip.
