Having surgery on his other leg ..ACL again. Out 6 months

He sure is one unlucky player.
He played so well on Saturday, and we all saw what Warburton saw in him.
.for one afternoon at least.

Get well soon Luke
Very sad but predictable, I feel that I should be able to knock our signing of a player with previous history of injury and has been woeful in the majority of games on loan. Hope u recover Luke but never understood the signing

Where have u seen this?

Amos got a lot of bad press, but he did a lot of the dirty work that was unseen. He ran hard and pressed hard, often with no obvious results. Not good enough for the majority of our crowd though. Every team needed an Amos.

Feel gutted for anyone getting a significant injury like this, so keep your head up Luke and get yourself back fit and ready to make an impact. If Ale can do it so can you.

The lad’s taken a lot of stick and isn’t it ironic he should have a strong game and then get an injury. Have to feel he would have gained confidence and become a strong player for us. Once again ... get back strong Luke.

Not confirmed yet as it was Sean Gallagher that said it, he’s a journalist not a consultant, but hopefully it isn’t

I really feel for the lad. He was finding his feet with us, he did a lot of the dirty work and hard pressing. An unsung hero. Two ACL's in different knees must be heartbreaking for him. It's a tough gig to recover from.

But he has a good chance of coming back as strong as before - very different to a few years ago, when this would be career ending. Let’s hope he has the mentality to grind it out. Ale Faurlin still in Marbella’s squad at age of 34.

What I would give to have a fit Ale Faurlin in our team again.....

I haven't been a fan of Amos so far, but it's never good to see this kind of injury.

However, we do have a bit of depth in midfield. I'm hoping Ball can step up again. Surely, he's a guaranteed starter now?

Of course, I wish him a speedy recovery.
