I thought that was the place that wanted £12m extra to change it from a golf course to a training ground?

 

We were looking to buy Forest Hill Golf Club but the Mayor wanted £12M in covenants as the Council sold the land to be a golf club, we've bought Park Hill Golf Club instead.
