you will notice i have not been on for a while and i was sick of all the negativity. I was a Bruce man as most of you will know and i wanted him to succeed, however i could not defend him in the end. Going into the season with two young strikers bought for £10m was suicide, even Bendtner is not an out and out Striker. Bruce had to go for tht reason alone, also his tactics which a lot of you pulled him up on was very poor. I know longer care who our manager is but will back whoever comes in. The AMBITION of our club is in one mans hands and that is E.Short if he can,t meet O'Neils ambition then O'Neil may walk away. Think back to the reasons Bent went was it money or Cappello. was N,Zogbia not bought because E.Short would not give Bruce the money I am 57 and have gone through this for 5 decades all i want is Cup success somewhere and premier league stability. Yes im down and yes im pissed off to the point i know longer care lets hope O,Neil comes in and lifts my doom and gloom And No i am not sorry Bruce has gone. BTW i wanted Moyes as my first choice.
Short backed Bruce with plenty of money, as long as he cleared out the deadwood and made some space on the wage bill. Short is running this club sensibly, and long may it continue.
