Tik a boo son. I'd like to watch more MLS football actually, looks quite good from some of the goals I've seen on the old YouTube, but I can't be arsed paying for ESPN.

makes me feel sick that the Seattle fans are applauding the goal.

Looks a decent standard, I reckon there are some gems in that league if a team could be bothered to do the scouting. MarkoLUFC, if the opposition score a goal that brilliant, you have to applaud sometimes

But could he ever do it again? Fair play to even have the vision to try it, and did you notice who was in goal? Kasey Keller. Must be about 143 now!

It's meant to be a rivalry as well, I think. I'd hope if the scum scored a goal like that at Elland Road, it wouldn't receive any applause. Those Yanks do look like they get behind their team though to be fair.

I thought it was Seattle-Portland that was the big rivalry? I don't see it being too long before the MLS reaches the standard of some of the major European leagues. They just need to introduce promotion/relegation and they'd be set.

Apparently it is a bit of a rivalry (link).

I'm still not convinced that the American people will take football to heart, but it's definitely up and coming. They need to stop trying to wheel out celebrities like Beckham and start developing stronger American talent from what I can tell.

A lot of kids play football there, but they give it up when they get to like 15 to play American sports. If they encouraged them to continue they'd have a better quality league.
